What we receive from Facebook and TikTok

We receive data necessary for analytics: campaign/ad identifiers, creative identifiers, and performance metrics from the platforms you explicitly connect.

How it is used

• Campaign and creative grouping (normalization and matching).
• Performance rollups by date ranges, projects, and geos.
• Suggestions/features based on aggregated metrics and activity patterns.
• Preview image caching only for internal UI rendering of creatives already connected in your workspace.

Data deletion

If you need connected-account data removal or user-related account deletion support, contact your workspace administrator. Requests are handled per workspace ownership and platform policies. External requests can be sent to: support@adsperk.eu.

Security and Compliance

Data is stored in our infrastructure for product operation, then deleted/retained according to configured retention and platform requirements.

What is not included

• We do not ingest or store raw payment card details.
• We do not store raw payment details.
• Platform access is granted only via official OAuth authorization flows.

Compliance

This service is operated from Bulgaria and follows EU data handling standards for platform analytics workloads.
