Adsperk collects and processes advertising performance data only to provide analytics for your connected Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads accounts. We process data to group and display creatives, metrics, and geo performance in project dashboards.

Data We Process

• Campaign and ad identifiers.
• Creative names and derived matching keys.
• Performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, actions, geos, and reporting metrics).
• Workspace, product, project, and user account metadata needed for access control.

Purpose and Retention

• Data is used only for analytics, reporting, and platform operations.
• No data is sold to third parties.
• Connected account data is retained only for active workspace functionality and platform reporting needs.
• We do not collect or process consumer-level personal content from your ad assets unless your admin has connected the workspace.

Your Control

• You can disconnect integrations from workspace settings at any time.
• Admins can remove workspaces, projects, and related ad account connections as needed.
• For data deletion or access requests, contact: support@adsperk.eu.
• Workspace administrator can also process account and access removal from within the product.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by EU GDPR principles and by the applicable laws in Bulgaria, as the service is operated by Dev Logistics EOOD.

What Adsperk does not do

• We do not purchase, broker, or resell your advertising access data.
• We do not run campaigns, spend budgets, or modify your account settings.
• We do not create ads or post on your behalf.

Data request path

If a workspace admin needs to restrict, export, or delete connected-data access, this is handled through workspace admin controls and account revocation in-platform. External privacy requests are handled via: support@adsperk.eu.
